How to Get DSKY Tokens: As part of our grassroots launch, $2 of every rideshare fare completed by the developer is returned to the customer in the form of a physical redemption wallet containing DSKY tokens. Any tips, whether paid in cash or via app, are converted dollar-for-dollar and added to your redemption card—cash and App Pay tips are issued at the time of your ride, while rideshare app tips are processed at the end of the shift. This unique approach is designed to support growth, reward supporters directly, and build a loyal base of early guests.
We offer three private campsites, each accommodating up to three guests. Individual fires are replaced by a centrally located communal fire circle managed by on-site guides. Essential lighting is low-glare and solar-powered: trail markers ensure visibility without compromising the dark-sky atmosphere.
Development is funded through our Solana-based Dark Sky Retreat Project Token (DSKY) token, pegged at 20 USDC per token. Supporters purchase tokens on-chain or in-person, with proceeds flowing into a transparent USDC/DSKY liquidity pool. Once we hit 4,380 DSKY (87,600 USDC), funds are withdrawn to finalize the wooded land purchase. DSKY tokens may be swapped back for USDC at the current market rate prior to opening. The price is determined by the liquidity pool and may fluctuate.

How Booking Works: Each guest needs 1 DSKY token per night. To reserve an entire campsite for a night (max 3 guests), you'll need up to 3 DSKY tokens. To fully book all three sites (9 guests, maximum capacity), 9 DSKY tokens are needed for that night.

Maximum Stay: Each reservation is limited to a maximum of 3 consecutive nights to ensure fair access for all guests. Longer stays require checking out and making a new reservation.
All bookings are per person, per night. To book more than one night or site, multiply the number of guests by the number of nights desired.
Redemption Policy After Acquisition: Once the property is acquired, any redeemed tokens will be placed as available liquidity in the pool for new bookings or secondary market swaps. This ensures the ecosystem remains active and open for new guests.
Each of the three secluded sites accommodates up to three guests on a 10×10 ft level pad, surrounded by native ʻōhiʻa and guava trees for maximum privacy and shade.
A 0.5‑mile loop trail circles the property, with 100‑ft spurs leading to each site—foot travel only, ensuring a peaceful, car-free environment.

While supporters may buy or sell tokens at any time through web3 wallets, the developer may strategically hedge, buy back, or inject additional liquidity into the pool to stabilize the price and ensure reliable booking and refund operations.
